By participating in our tours, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, as set out below:
- Our Refund Policy
We unfortunately cannot refund any portion of clients' payment if they are not present at the agreed meeting time and place for the start of their scheduled tour without any notice to Eindhoven Foodtours at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled tour.
- Our Rescheduling Policy
A client can request the rescheduling of his/her participation in a tour to another of our confirmed dates for a tour of the same value, free of charge, on the condition that notice is given by the client to Eindhoven Foodtours up to 48 hours prior to the start time of the originally scheduled tour.
- Unforeseen circumstances
Changes to the timing and locations of a tour, regardless of its format, are sometimes necessary and are made at the discretion of the tour guide.
In the event that a tour does not reach a minimum number of three (3) participants, the tour may be cancelled. On such occasion, clients will be notified by e-mail and offered either a full refund or a rescheduling to another of our confirmed dates for a tour of the same value.
The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled should any of the following occur: adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, civil strife or unrest, security threats or other event of a similar nature. In the event that the tour does not take place due to any as mentioned occurrences, clients may request either a full refund or a rescheduling to another of our confirmed dates for a tour of the same value.
In the case of a cancellation of any tour by Eindhoven Foodtours for any reason other than those provided in the preceding two paragraphs, clients may request either a full refund or a rescheduling to another of our confirmed dates for a tour of the same value.
By purchasing tickets for and/or participating in a tour with Eindhoven Foodtours, clients declare and/or acknowledge the following:
Their judgment and behavior will not be impaired by drugs or alcohol for the entire duration of the tour. Tour guides reserve the right to expel without refund participants who exhibit unconscionable behavior.
They have informed Eindhoven Foodtours, 48 hours prior to the start time of their scheduled tour, of any food or drink allergies or any serious health conditions of participants. Eindhoven Foodtours cannot be held liable for any physical reactions or health problems resulting from the tour.
They understand that Eindhoven Foodtours does not assume responsibility for loss or theft of personal items during the tour. The instructions given by the tour guide and staff of the venues should be followed at all times. Participants must exhibit common sense, prudence and diligence while on the tour.
They confirm that they are entirely responsible for their own actions during the tour, and that any claim for damages against Eindhoven Foodtours are hereby waived. Eindhoven Foodtours reminds participants that they are at all times bound by Dutch law and remain personally liable under Dutch law for any such violation.
They grant to Eindhoven Foodtours the irrevocable, sub-licensable right and authority to use their name, likeness, photograph and/or picture for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes without further obligation or compensation to them.
